摘要: Using a facile deposition method, the ultrafine silver particles are successfully deposited on Si surface that is not submerged in precursor solutions. The have many advantages, such as quasiround shape, uniformity size, monodisperse distribution, and reduction of agglomeration. internal physical procedure also investigated. results show there more rough due to wetting effect solid-liquid interface. higher concentration ethanol solvent can induce increase quantity size be used prepare porous antireflective layer solar cell applications.
