摘要: The Ag nanoparticles with different morphology are directly prepared on Si surface by a facile silver mirror reaction without capping agents and shape-controlling seeds. nanoplates polyhedrons produced the controlling temperature. easily obtained at low temperature, which products controlled kinetics pathway. high temperature under combined action of energy strain energy. Through catalysis polyhedrons, nanoporous structures using same etching process, useful for antireflection layers in solar-cell devices.
