摘要: Colloidal silver (Ag) nanoparticles (AgNP) have been widely used for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) applications. We report a simple, rapid and effective method to prepare AgNP colloids SERS using the classic organic chemistry Ag mirror reaction with Tollens' reagent. The colloid prepared this process was characterized SEM, conditions further optimized measurements. It found that included 20 mM AgNO3, 5 min time, 0.5 M glucose produced an average size of 319.1 nm (s.d ±128.1). These exhibited significant response when adenine as reporter molecule. usefulness these new demonstrated by detecting nucleotides adenosine 5'-monophosphate (AMP), guanosine (GMP), cytidine (CMP), uridine (UMP). A detection limit 500 nM AMP achieved as-prepared colloid. bacterium Mycoplasma pneumoniae also easily detected in laboratory culture substrates. findings attest applicability sensitive specific both small biomolecules microorganisms.
