摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition, etc., comprising an α antigen, integrated into PIV2 (parainfluenza virus type 2) and usable for therapy/prophylaxis of allergic diseases. SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by integrating gene encoding the antigen derived from acid-fast bacterium (e.g. Mycobacterium kansasii) (antigen 85 complex constituent protein 85B), analog thereof (85A or 85C, etc.) mutant having similar actions thereto in which M deficient.
