摘要: Abstract Radioiodinated BB5-G1, a parathyroid-specific monoclonal antibody, and its F(ab′)2 Fab fragments were characterized using nude mouse model system. Blood clearance studies indicated that the most slowly clearing species was 125I-BB5-G1 intact while rapidly one 125I-Fab fragment. 125I-F(ab′)2 retained capacity to localize in human parathyroid tissue implants with uptake at 24 h being similar observed antibody. Poor localization These results suggest BB5-G1 or fragment may be useful for imaging.
