摘要: Summary and Conclusions It has been shown that a complex mixture of antigens occurring in dialyzed aqueous extract ragweed pollen can be separated by starch block electrophoresis to yield one apparently isolated antigenic component simplified groupings components. This separation is evidently possible owing differences net electrical charge among the components or charged complexes they might form. Separated material was found repeat its migration when subjected second under unchanged conditions. Further purification should repeated rerunning selected material. The practical application serologic technique double diffusion as method piloting shown.
