摘要: Abstract Zone electrophoresis in starch of a water extract low ragweed pollen resulted 7 Folin reacting and 8 ninhydrin electrophoretic peaks. Direet skin testing ragweed-sensitive individuals by electrophoretically separated fractions demonstrated the presence at least 3 allergens whole extract. The large peak was strongly reactive every patient tested. Not patient, however, highly to other 2 active fractions, suggesting that sensitivity each fraction is independent others.
