摘要: Current data indicate an obvious relation between food allergy and atopic eczema in infants. However, diagnostic methods for need to be supplemented. The objective was study the relevance of patch testing detection correlation with oral challenge skin prick tests Infants (n = 113) aged 2-24 months were studied. Each patient subjected double-blind, placebo-controlled, or open cow's milk challenge, tests. Polysensitization, as judged from test results, common patients (79/113). Cow's positive 54/113 infants; reactions immediate 36/54 delayed 18/54. Immediate-type associated positivity positivity. Altogether 26% milk-allergic infants detected by only. Patch improved accuracy diagnosis eczema, but it needs standardized. Polysensitization appears more than generally believed among eczema.
