摘要: In mammals hypothalamic control of gonadotropin secretion is mediated by mammalian luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (mLHRH), or gonadotropin-releasing (GnRH) and a follicle-stimulating (FSH) RH that IGnRH-III closely related polypeptide. We believe the differential pulsatile release FSH LH its at different times estrous cycle are accounted for FSHRH LHRH. It also releases arcuate-nuclear median eminence explants ovariectomized, estrogen-blocked rats, whereas it inhibits same preparation these actions brought about via NO, which controls stimulated other means. Just prior proestrus, sensitivity LH-releasing action peaks suggesting plays role in induction puberty.
