摘要: Nuclear receptors play an essential role in cellular environmental sensing, differentiation, development, homeostasis, and metabolism are thus highly conserved across multiple species. The anti-inflammatory of nuclear immune cells has recently gained recognition. critical roles both myeloid lymphoid cells, particularly helper CD4+ T-cell type 17 (Th17) regulatory T (Treg). Th17 Treg have a major impact on fate through their interactions with cytokine signaling pathways. Recent studies emphasized the between known signals how these affect expression function master transcription factors subsets. This review will focus most recent discoveries concerning regulating Th17/Treg cell-fate determination.
