Droplet Behaviour in Underexpanded Supersonic Jets

摘要: For improving the understanding of droplet break-up and behaviour in high-speed flows, experimental studies using an underexpanded free jet were performed. The outcome occuring under defined conditions converging nozzle, namely, size distribution fragment droplets was measured phase-Doppler anemometry. Furthermore, interaction small with strongly accelerating flow within embedded shock waves interest to present study.
