摘要: Abstract The Lewis acid-catalyzed polymerization of 1,6-anhydro-2,3-di-O-benzyl-4-O-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzyl-α- D -glucopyranosyl)-β- -glucopyranose (1,6-anhydromaltosehexabenzyl ether) leads to products number-average molecular weights up about 14,000 and specific rotations as high +96–97°. Variations in reaction conditions affect the weight optical rotation significantly. Debenzylation having highest yields hydrated polysaccharides, presumably comb-shaped, [α]25 + 174° (or corrected a water free condition 189°). This value corresponds degree stereoregularity main chain with predominantly α- linkages on both branches.
