摘要: The contribution of the arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) symbiosis to plant drought tolerance results from a combination physical, nutritional and cellular effects. However, exact mechanisms involved in such enhanced are still matter debate. In this study BiP-encoding gene AM fungus Glomus intraradices has been identified after differential hybridization cDNA library constructed growing vitro subjected stress by addition 25% PEG 6000. Results show that its expression was up-regulated not only during conditions (AM monoxenic cultures) but also ex vitro, when forming natural symbioses with plants. identification GiBiP provides new evidences fungi host can be mediated proteins chaperone-like activity, as BiP.
