摘要: Currently, amphibian decline is accepted as a global problem. One of the most important proposed causes for use agrochemicals, especially pesticides. Nevertheless, information about impact pesticides on populations remains scarce. The present study sought to identify effects malathion, an organophosphorus insecticide, 21st stage larvae marsh frog, Rana ridibunda, with acute toxicity test using static system. Each experimental group contained 10 healthy and was exposed different concentrations technical formulation grade malathion 96 h. Concentrations that caused 50% mortality (LC50) at h were estimated probit analysis program. results showed (LC50 = 29 ppm) more toxic than 38 ppm). Malformations, certain signs (hyperactive symptoms, loss balance, motionlessness, death), growth retardation observed in malathion-treated larvae.
