摘要: A method for producing a metal in an electrolysis cell comprising anode, carbon cathode, and chamber containing oxide dissolved molten salt bath, said comprising: coating outer surface portion of the cathode with composition consisting refractory metal, paint organic polymeric binder, aluminum powder, optionally solvent oil; boron source; curing by heating it to elevated temperature, aluminum-wettable on portion; electrolyzing bypassing electric current bath between anode coated cathode.
