摘要: Objective: Embryonic stem (ES) cells have the potential to be used in cell therapy for a wide range of diseases, and may also provide best source human tissue testing new drugs vitro. However, there been signifi cant ethical issues surrounding their isolation growth which involves the de novo generation embryos. Other studies shown that adult tissues may also retain some stems cells, although these cells be less plastic than ES counterparts. Between these two extremes lie specifi c isolated from the developing embryo. During development centralnervous system (CNS), it is possible to fi nd specific regions, like subventricular zone (SVZ) hippocampus. These can ideal candidates neural transplantation. The objective this article give an overview stem cell research eld. Conclusion: Stem has generatednew perspectives hope treatment diseases, but more still needed. By increasing our understanding of molecular mechanisms underlying and differentiation such consider them for therapies over coming years.
