摘要: Objectives: To review the clinico-pathological features of malignant mixed Mullerian tumours uterine corpus, their prognosis and treatment outcome. Methods: A retrospective study uterus seen at KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital from January 1989 to December 1998. Results Conclusion: Twenty-six patients with mean age 56.5 years were analysed. Twenty (76.9%) menopausal. None had previous pelvic irradiation. Vaginal bleeding enlargement commonest presenting symptom sign. Diagnostic dilatation curettage obtained diagnosis in 15 patients. Majority surgery adjuvant chemotherapy, while radiotherapy was offered only recently. Positive peritoneal washings significantly associated advanced disease. There seven stage I, four II, nine III IV 17 homologous heterologous tumours. Presence stromal components did not influence Increasing depth myometrial invasion poorer survival. Prognosis disease poor, none surviving two years. All I still alive end period. In conclusion, corpus are aggressive poor prognosis.
