摘要: The invention relates to a surface ionization gas detector (10) comprising an area (12), over which analysis can be conducted, and further at least one detection device for detecting ions, wherein the of is provided with nano-peaks (30). This causes concentration thus significant increase electric field pointed ends nano-peaks, significantly improves ion release, whereby increased compared flat area, leads emission by several orders magnitude.
