摘要: This study dealt with characterizing oxide passive films in austenitic stainless steels different chemical compositions. Stacking fault energy was estimated, and thermal conductivity at temperatures (298, 673, 873 1073 K) were calculated. Steels specimens plane strain compressed subjected to anodic potentiodynamic polarization scan a deaerated testing environment. The deformed characterized using electron backscattered diffraction system Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)-imaging. Cr2O3 peak from FTIR-imaging captured, area of the calculated after scan. intensity related microstructural features.
