摘要: Abstract Quinolizidine alkaloids, occurring in lupins, are the largest single group of legume alkaloids with clear ecological functions defence plant. During germination, some degree transformation to other more bioactive compounds, such as esters, occurs. The aim this work was investigate transformations during Lupinus albus , L. angustifolius and campestris . Total quinolizidine alkaloid contents raw seeds were 1.51 g/100 g ( ), 2.36 ) 2.45 ). germination lupanine increased albine 13-hydroxylupanine decreased substantially. In also decreased. hydroxyaphylline hydroxyaphyllidine while epihydroxyaphylline dehydroepihydroxyaphylline ester 13-tigloyloxylupanine progressively (from 0 0.044 g) 0.001 0.022 g). Germination lupin for 3 days, maximum, could be desirable order minimize presence well avoid formation esters.
