摘要: Summary The germination process can modify the chemical composition of nutrients in seeds, which influence digestibility and utilization sprouts animal diets compared to raw seeds. The aims research were provide controlled lupin monitor changes seed determine on coefficients standardized ileal (SID) crude protein amino acids growing pigs, seeds two species used: yellow (RYL) (Lupinus luteus, cv. Lord) blue (RBL) angustifolius, Graf). Germination was provided dark at 24 °C for 4 days. Nutritional antinutritional compositions germinated (GYL GBL, respectively) analysed. Digestibility study performed pigs with an average body weight 25 kg, surgically fitted a T-cannula distal ileum, chromic oxide as indicator. Seed increased fibre concentrations, but reduced levels ether extract, nitrogen-free extracts all protein. content alkaloids raffinose family oligosaccharides decreased both species. had no positive impact (p > 0.05) SID acids. negatively influenced lysine methionine (p < 0.05). results revealed decrease concentrations factors lupins seeds; however, effect observed apparent
