摘要: Sixty-three male pigs (Landrace × Large White) weighing 49.5 ± 0.40 kg were used to (1) examine the variation in DE content of Lupinus angustifolius L. relation variety and geographical growing region (2) establish prediction equations for from physical chemical composition. The randomly allocated a 4 2 factorial treatment design with respective factors being varieties (cv. Belara, Coromup, Mandelup, Tanjil) locations (northern southern agricultural areas Western Australia). In addition, wheat control diet was fed as reference calculation lupin content. lupins ground through hammer mill fitted 4-mm screen mean particle size 888 μm. Pigs their experimental diets at 3 times maintenance energy level [3 (0.458 BW0.75)/diet DE] study. ranged 13.3 15.7 MJ/kg value 14.2 MJ/kg. Variety affected (P < 0.01) content, grown northern had greater than same area 0.01). Although mostly caused by significantly cv. Coromup region, results suggest that genetic environmental conditions during growth have significant impact on utilization grower pigs. Simple regression analysis showed possible proportion hulls [R2 = 0.88, residual SD (RSD) 1.116, P 0.001], 1,000-seed weight (R2 0.77, RSD 1.092, 0.01), soluble arabinoxylan 0.64, 1.072, 0.05). Multiple adding total nonstarch polysaccharide 0.96, 1.187, 0.95, 1.200, equation along hull improved accuracy prediction. Results indicate varies up 2.4 can be predicted good degree using characteristics.
