Career professional who volunteer: Should their motives be accepted or managed?

摘要: Career professionals, such as business executives who devote their time and talents to committee work in voluntary organizations, are highly valued volunteers. These professionals have a variety of motives for adding volunteer demanding schedules. Should agency administrators accept reward these indiscriminately, or should they try mold them conform values? The answer, according this study, is yes both alternatives, depending on whether the aim improve volunteers' attitudes performance.
