摘要: Resazurin is a redox dye (7-hydroxy-3H-phenoxazin-3-one-10-oxide) used for assessing potential fertility of spermatozoa and functional status eukaryotic cells. In this study, the fertilizing capacity treated with resazurin effects on bovine embryo development in vitro was examined. Abattoir-derived oocytes were collected subjected to maturation (IVM), fertilization (IVF) culture (IVC). Experiment 1, (n=2767) fertilized exposed (17.6 μg/ml) 0, 15, 30, 60 min, respectively. There no significant (P>0.05) difference respect oocyte cleavage, morula blastocyst production between treatments. 2, (n=1671) (1.8 during IVM, IVF, IVC, respectively, or entire IVF IVC procedures. cleavage rates. However, proportion embryos that developed into blastocysts, expanded hatched blastocysts those groups which oocytes/embryos IVM/IVF/IVC significantly (P<0.05) less than IVM only, only. We conclude did not have adverse capability spermatozoa; however, extended treatment may be detrimental embryonic development.
