Personality dimensions of the pathological gambler

摘要: MMPI data were examined for 100 white male veterans who involved in an inpatient treatment program pathological gamblers. The modal profile (4-2-7) was suggestive of significant psychopathology, including depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. Disregard authority, impulsivity, feelings masculine inadequacy, histories overly close relationships with mothers faulty identification fathers suggested.
