摘要: Abstract The temporal distribution pattern of zooplankton communities was studied in coastal waters the northern Bay Bengal, Bangladesh, during a 1-year period investigation (May 2014-April 2015). Throughout investigation, total 38 species were recorded, details 22 holo-plankton and 16 mero-plankton species. Copepods (Acartia danae, Acartia tonsa, Cyclops biscuspidatus, Canthocalanus pauper), amphipods (Grandidierella megnae), shrimps (Penaeus indicus Penaeus merguiensis), Acetes (Acetes indicus), mysids (Americamysis bahai) dominant taxa. maximum abundance richness recorded monsoon season whereas diversity winter. Multivariate analyses revealed that significantly differed among four seasons. RELATE analysis signified variation community structure correlated with ecological condition water. Moreover, BEST matching indicated NO2-N along salinity, rainfall, transparency, TDS, TSS pH main driving forces for these variations composition communities. Finally, correlation showed evenness transparency TDS. These results suggest might be shaped by water such marine ecosystem may potentially used as bioindicators quality.
