The tissue culture and morphology of human breast tumor cell line BOT-2.

摘要: A continuous human breast tumor cell line (BOT-2) was derived from an infiltrating duct carcinoma. The grown as a monolayer in flasks, but the cells could be readily adapted to growth roller cultures. These studies indicate that BOT-2 have 16- 18-hr doubling time and modal chromosomal number of 63. original culture has been cultivation for almost 2 years passed 137 times. differentiated HeLa by isoenzyme analysis.
