摘要: Twelve subjects with an average age of 65.9 years who had complete heart block cardiac output and coronary blood flow measured at three different rates pacing. Cardiac calculated external work increased rate from the slow to intermediate rate, but declined fast rate. Even remained low as compared standards for normal younger subjects. Coronary left ventricular oxygen usage efficiency, expressed divided by consumption, tended decrease rose; however, these changes were not statistically significant. Lactate consumption in glucose pyruvate Considering circulatory system a whole, or resting was more efficient. At this greatest, mixed venous content (which must reflect body tissue oxygenation) highest, while intermediate.
