摘要: This literature review selects basic science and clinical papers that discuss the pathophysiology therapy of cardiogenic shock. Cardiogenic shock results from decreased coronary blood flow. flow lowers tension myocardial oxygen raises concentration depressant metabolites reducing contractile strength cardiac output. When presented with an effort should be made to raise decrease metabolite concentration. can done by improving but other routes same ends include restoration normal arterial use production. If oxygenation proves insufficient agent must used which directly stimulates it is important choose a drug does not further aggravate already disproportionate difference between delivery use. (Digitalis choice followed metaraminol levarterenol; isoproterenol used.) An increase in at expense reduction only lead chance survival.
