摘要: Abstract The transfer of the methyl group from vitamin B12 to thiolates and other anions has been studied. In presence oxidising agents, including molecular oxygen, is rapid. absence such reagents no observed. known mechanisms for in model systems are now (1) Lewis acid attack, (2) one-electron reduction (3) oxidation. Observations on these reactions constracted with biological transfer.
