摘要: Mini-puberty is the period between 30 and 80 days after birth when testosterone gonadotropin surges occur in male infants to induce transformation of gonocytes into adult/dark spermatogonia. Cryptorchid boys with impaired mini-puberty develop infertility despite timely successful surgical treatment. The decreased germ cell count found this group could be result uncontrolled transposon activity inducing genomic instability death. A genome-wide analysis 18 cryptorchid 4 control testes was performed Affymetrix chips. We that 5 8 genes are important for silencing were not expressed high azoospermia risk but low groups. Two genes, CBX3 DNMT1, equally all 3 Impaired expression DDX4, MAEL,MOV10L1, PIWIL2, PIWIL4, TDRD9 at indicates gene induced by contribute development azoospermia. Intact appears essential endogenous defense system mediated silencing.
