摘要: Currently, organizations have assigned much importance to the knowledge generated inside and outside organization, considering it a valuable asset obtain sustainable competitive advantages because of its influence in improving their processes, which makes necessary create strategies aimed at adequate management. Knowledge management plays an important role software development organizations, given that permits discovering new knowledge, capture it, store retrieve share among members understand favor improvement terms costs reduction, greater precision definition scope times planned quality project. This article presents results qualitative research, proposes model guides incorporation onto project planning university research groups. Among main results, we find as relevant areas time management, well follow up control projects, can be improved through implementation practices tools like: collaborative systems, systems for documentary training, lessons learnt, others.
