Conceptions of an implemented nursing philosophy: A phenomenographic study

摘要: Aim: The aim of this study was to describe how nurses conceive their work on a ward where nursing philosophy has been systematically implemented. Introduction: There is no international consensus today in relation the organizing basis an established theory. Design and method: This phenomenographic methodology, with epistemological base life-world perspective. Data were collected through thematized interviews implemented for several years.
