Conceptions of an implemented nursing philosophy: A phenomenographic study

摘要: Aim: The aim of this study was to describe how nurses conceive their work on a ward where nursing philosophy has been systematically implemented. Introduction: There is no international consensus today in relation the organizing basis an established theory. Design and method: This phenomenographic methodology, with epistemological base life-world perspective. Data were collected through thematized interviews implemented for several years. Result: conceptions working described overarching statement formulated as movement From implicit explicit - openness freedom speak are essential based five categories description (conceptions): Making it happen – manager´s significance implementation, Integrating within me creating collective platform, “Welcome us” caring atmosphere, patient’s sense being confirmed establishing quality care, “Us them” –being inside or outside. Conclusion: Working seemed provide support nurse day-to-day thereby contributes shared values. On results we not able state that specific used can be only contribution experienced support.
