摘要: Sulfur mustard (SM), also known as gas, is a chemical weapon which by now has been used in many wars. The most concerning SM toxic effect probable carcinogenicity. In this study, the genetic and epigenetic mechanisms of carcinogenicity, focusing on treatment SM-associated malignancies, particularly gene therapeutics, cancer vaccines, medications, have criticized. required data were collected through an organized search valid scientific databases. For carcinogenicity due to acute or chronic exposure, entire original review articles evaluated. addition, studies therapeutic effects available medications included. Currently, four two vaccines with bases, seven are for treatment. Genetic treatments including Gendicine, Imlygic, Provenge, Cimavax-EGF, Azacitidine, Vorinostat, Romidepsin, Belinostat will yield outstanding benefits SM-exposed patients who suffer from cancer.
