摘要: We report on platinum(II) complexes with different cinnamic acid derivatives as ligands cytotoxic activity against Cisplatin resistant ovarian cancer cell line subcultures of SKOV3 and A2780. A typical mechanism action for itself is binding to the DNA inducing double-strand breaks. examined biological behavior these potential drugs 9-methylguanine using NMR spectroscopic methods their damage including γH2AX-foci analyses. X-ray diffraction have been used elucidate molecular structures complexes. Interactions model protein lysozyme evaluated by techniques UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence crystallography.
