摘要: Abstract Introduction It is thought that poor placental perfusion caused by inadequate remodelling of the maternal spiral arteries leads to preeclampsia (PE). To identify novel signalling pathways contribute PE pathogenesis and create prerequisites for non-invasive diagnosis before clinical manifestations disease, this study aimed evaluate miRNA expression levels in placenta blood plasma pregnant women. Methods deep sequencing followed real-time quantitative RT-PCR was applied compare profiles from women with early- late-onset relative control group. Results A more than two-fold decrease miR-532-5p, -423-5p, -127-3p, -539-5p, -519a-3p, -629-5p let-7c-5p observed placenta, while a increase miR-423-5p, 519a-3p, PE. The above-listed miRNAs are associated first time study, except miR-519a-3p, whose role has already been postulated. Using logistic regression, samples were classified into early-onset group (probability p = 0.01, 80% specificity, 87.5% sensitivity precision) showed increased miR-423-5p confirmed 9.8-fold up-regulation (р = 0.0002498) at 11–13 GW manifesting severe signs 28–33 GW. Conclusions may be considered potential candidate early during targeted management high-risk pregnancies.
