摘要: 1. The direct effects of individual amino acids, including glycine (a neutral acid), l-glutamic acid (an acidic l-leucine neutral, branched-chain acid) and l-arginine basic on renal function were compared with a mixed solution by using the isolated rat kidney perfused physiological saline containing 6.7% (w/v) albumin basal level 2 mmol/l acids. 2. In control series, perfusate flow was stable but glomerular filtration rate, as measured [ 14 C]inulin clearance, declined time. A rate could be obtained increasing concentration to mmol/l. 3. addition 6 acids produced sustained increase in an reversing its time-dependent fall. Sodium reabsorption enhanced, but, unlike no fractional excretion obtained. 4. Renal increased (6 mmol/l), hydrochloride mmoll) sodium glutamate mmol/l) remained unaffected l-leucine. vasodilatation induced not sustained. 5. fall clearance prevented glycine, glutamic acid, l-Arginine hydrochloride, like solution, significant clearance. 6. l-leucine, decreased hydrochloride. seen series was, however, reversed all 7. results indicate that can produce hyperfiltration effect kidney, independent release systemic hormones.
