Improving Patient Outcomes: Effectively Training Healthcare Staff in Psychological Practice Skills: A Mixed Systematic Literature Review.

摘要: Training is an important part of modern European healthcare services and often cited as a way to improve care quality. To date, various training methods have been used impart skills relevant psychological practice in variety mental health professionals. However, patient outcomes are rarely evaluating the effectiveness different used, making it difficult assess true utility. In present review, we consider that can effectively impact trainee outcomes. do so, PubMed, PsycNET, Scopus, CENTRAL ERIC were searched for studies on staff approaches. total, 24 identified (16 quantitative 8 qualitative). For most part, group, individual, web-based was used. A professionals trained including ‘communication’, ‘diagnosis’, ‘referral’ name but few. majority skill level improved. These findings hold implications design, implementation, evaluation staff.
