摘要: Urea uptake rates of Thalassiusiru pseudonana (clone 3H) were determined using [14C]urea, [15N]urea, and by measuring disappearance dissolved urea from the medium after adding 10 lg-atoms urea-N liter-‘. In nitrate-sufficient cultures, average [14C]urea rate was 60% rate. Nitrate continued in presence at a reduced rate, only 15% N taken up retained phytoplankton.
