摘要: Recently, the integer DCT (Int-DCT), which has rounding operations in lifting structure, is attracting many researchers' attention as an effective method for based lossy / lossless unified coding. So far, focuses of previous reports relevant to Int-DCT have been limited a few topics such how reduce number multipliers with four point Hadamard transform and non-separable two dimensional LDCT. What seems be lacking, however, express multipliers' word length short possible reduction hardware complexity. This report defines new "SNR sensitivity" indicator truncation multiplier coefficients affects quality decoded image, also proposes allocation on sensitivity. As result, [bit] average shorter attained under equivalent image.
