摘要: An integer transform is used in lossless-lossy coding since it can reconstruct an input signal without any loss at output of the backward transform. Recently, its number lifting steps reduced as well delay from to introducing multi-dimensional memory accessing. However has a problem that quality reconstructed lossy upper bound rate distortion curve. This because noise generated by rounding operations each step inside does not contribute data compression. paper tries reduce observed channel scaling As result experiments, was proposed method improves decoded mode.
