摘要: We studied 104 patients after cardiac operations to search for changes in peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets, mitogen responsiveness, and interleukin-2 production. Mononuclear cells obtained from 10 with cholecystectomy were examined as control samples. Cultures phytohemagglutinin production incubated microtiter plates 24 hours labeled tritium thymidine used target cells. Lymphocyte subsets measured by using monoclonal antibodies. The results preoperative samples compared those the first, third, seventh days operation. In having operations, responsiveness was low on both first operation markedly depressed (greater than 90% depressed) postoperative day. However, cholecystectomy, showed no significant changes.
