Exotics for Stocking and Aquaculture, Making Correct Decisions

摘要: Exotic species form an important contribution to the economies, fisheries, recreational angling and food production in Europe. In general, culture operations have targeted a small number of very productive species, many these are exotic or derived from transfers different native population strains. Stocking has taken place for about 2,000 years with majority being introduced over last century. There is awareness that other may either suitable substitutes even be more so further hybrids likely tested experimentally freshwater brackish marine areas. Some where their biology not well known presently culture, utilised future as new technological developments arise. Introduced will carry associated them some unwanted consequences natural assemblages.
