摘要: Based on immunologic and epidemiologic data, it is plausible that skin cancer in renal transplant recipients associated with human papillomaviruses (HPV). At present, conflicting evidence exists concerning the presence of HPV DNA these cancers. We recently described a nested polymerase chain reaction method enables detection all previously isolated epidermodysplasia verruciforasis (EV)-associated HPVs. now describe EV-associated 49 (80%) 61 biopsies from squamous cell carcinomas, four (50%) eight basal 14 (93%) 15 actinic keratoses, two (40%) five cases Bowen's disease, (57%) seven keratoacanthomas. typing revealed detected types belonged to types. A wide spectrum HPVs was found, including six putative new In high percentage lesions more than one type detected. often found same different both malignant premalignant patient. The frequency agreement hypothesis are involved pathogenesis recipients.
