In schizophrenia, little is known the effect preference on toward others. Methods:Subjects included 79 patients with diagnosis schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder 61 non- patientcontrolsubjects.Familiaritypreferenceandtraitjudgmentsaboutotherswere assessedusingacomputer task which neutral faces were rated positive negative character traits. "Attractiveness" was twice at beginning end, to measure preference. Clinical ratings also obtained. Results: Patients controls both demonstrated effect.
