摘要: Objectives: To analyze imaging features and compare the diagnostic information provided by abdominal computed tomography (CT) enteroclysis to see whether CT can replace barium examinations in assessment of patients with small bowel Crohn's disease. Methods: The studies 33 disease who underwent both within a 2-week time period were retrospectively reviewed scored for presence severity following features: mural edema, ulceration, obstruction, stricture, sinus tract formation, fistula, abscess, extraintestinal manifestations, total number intestinal sites involved. statistical significance differences each variable was calculated. Results: A 37 case sets reviewed. demonstrated 10 (27 %) abscesses compared 7 (19 shown enteroclysis. Three not Enteroclysis detected larger involvement (54 vs. 47) more cases ulceration (78 % 19 %), obstruction (46 16 stricture (38 11 fistula formation (24 8 5 %). two modalities similar characterizing grading thickening (CT showed 41 %, 46 Conclusion: Abdominal provide unique complementary bowel. Both methods may be required accurate extent choice initial examination will depend on clinical issue question.
