摘要: Summary The effect of Dicynene on blood loss during and after transurethral resection for benign enlargement the prostate was studied in 76 patients. Median at operation 17 ml those given compared with 72 placebo group (p = < 0·001). Median postoperative 38 group, 103 0·05). Clinical evidence deep vein thrombosis found neither group. Dicynene helps to reduce resection.
