摘要: The tissue-specific gene expression at the brain microvasculature, which forms blood-brain barrier (BBB) can be elucidated with a vascular genomics program, starts isolation of products derived from purified microvessels. Genes commonly expressed in peripheral organs are subtracted suppression subtractive hybridization method using driver cDNA produced pool rat liver/kidney-derived poly A+RNA. From screen 480 clones tester library, 156 were sequenced. fell into 3 groups: known genes (51%), sequence tags (31%), and novel not found databases (18%). could categorized families common function including remodeling, signal transduction, transcription factors, biologic transport, amyloid, hemostasis, myelin, lipids, secretion, cytoskeleton, junctional complexes. Brain genomics, or BBB allows for an accelerated discovery that differentially microvasculature brain.
