摘要: The purpose of this study was to identify the protein profile mouse brain microvascular endothelium in situ. This involved coupling a double-label, immuno-laser capture microdissection (LCM) process with LTQ-FT mass spectrometry perform situ proteomic analysis. LCM utilized isolate cells from frozen tissue sections. Following cell capture, samples were solubilized and proteins separated by gel electrophoresis preparation for enzymatic digestion LC-MS Processed subsequently analyzed using linear IT coupled Fourier transform spectrometer (LTQ-FT MS).
