摘要: The highly porous nature of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) offers great potential for the delivery therapeutic agents. Here, we show that can be used to deliver multiple agents—a biologically active gas, an antibiotic drug molecule, and metal ion—simultaneously but at different rates. possibilities offered by agents with mechanisms action and, in particular, variable timescales may allow new therapy approaches. loaded MOFs are against various strains bacteria.
